A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and confirmation has been provided by Al Etimad Travels LLC.

6. Umrah Packages

However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, visa refusals, airline schedule changes, hotel changes, border restrictions, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
